As a member of the Planning Commission, I am a bit confused as to why our Planning Commission members were not invited, or notified that you would be discussing this item. We regularly discuss the topic of our current comprehensive plan and would have valuable insight into this discussion. I would really like to see communication between the Council and the Planning commission improve, and this is an example of the lack of current communication between our entities.
